How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated from the weight or
volume of the shipping package.
Things to know about insurance
All packages are insured.
If your shipment is lost/damaged during shipping, we will only offer a cash refund or replacement after the shipping firm confirms the loss/damage claim. It usually takes 5-7 business days for the shipping firm to confirm a loss claim. Damage claims may take up to 2 weeks.
How do I calculate the shipping cost?
- Add the items you want to buy to your shopping bag.
- Select your shipping destination under 'Calculate Shipping Cost' in
the shopping cart page.
Must I pay for any import or custom tax?
No. Your orders may be subject to import duties
and/or taxes only when it is a bulk quantity in this case
additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you.
How long will it take to get my order?
Euro Shopper's Stop normally picks, packs and ships all orders within
3-4 business days from the time we receive your payment. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, except holidays. The time it takes for the package to be delivered, after it has been dispatched,
is dependent upon the services of TNT and FedEx. This period is normally 3-5 days.
- Delivery times quoted are estimates only.
- All items can be subjected to custom inspection which may require additional time.
- Outskirt locations may also require additional time.
- Business days exclude weekends.
