What is our return
policy?
Most product retailers have an 'all sales
are final' approach to customer returns. At Euro Shopper’s
Stop, we offer you the option of returning items that don't meet
your needs. Here is our return policy:
You have up to 14 days after you received the package to initiate
your return. Your items must reach us within 14 days from the date
you receive your return instructions. Items received after 14 days
will not be accepted for return. We will ship late items back to
you. When we receive your items, we will refund your order amount
less handling fees and the original shipping charges.
To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original
condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers,
documentation and all accessories. Do not mark or deface items in
any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its
original condition or the item shows any signs of usage - we will
return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, Euro
Shopper’s Stop reserves the right to liquidate the inventory
and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be
paid by the customer. Due to supplier issues, on occasion we may
also prevent returns on other selected products. We note any such
restrictions on the product detail page.
Which products qualify for returns?
All products accept those which have wholesale, bulk-ordered and bargain deal. There are big discounts for the products in wholesale, bulk-ordered and bargain deal so therefore there is no return policy.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us by email at returninfo@euss.biz
with the order number.
We will require a reason or explanation for the return. Upon receiving
your email, we will send you the return instructions within one
to five business days.
Returns must reach us within 14 days from the date you receive your
return instructions. For your protection, we suggest all returns
be sent back by a traceable carrier. All costs related to return
shipping must be paid by the customer.
After you have shipped the item, please forward the shipping tracking
number and the tracking website to returninfo@euss.biz.
How do I receive the refund payment?
If you pay by wire transfer or credit card
or any other payment method specified on Euro Shopper’s Stop’s
site, we will pay you by Paypal, in-store credits, wire transfer.
There is a $30 processing fee for refunds made by wire transfer.
Why are there processing fees for refunds
made by wire transfer?
The $30 processing fee covers the wire transfer
initiation fee charged by the bank.
How long does it take for my account to
be credited?
Please allow 14 days after we receive the items
to process your credit.
How long do I have to return a product?

What if I return an item after 14 days?
Due to the nature of our business, items returned

better than anyone else. We wish we could accept all returns without
any questions or limitations, but that is just not possible. Thank
